Dr. Celine Nadon is the Director of Enteric Diseases at the Public Health Agency of Canada’s National Microbiology Laboratory and an adjunct professor in the Department of Medical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases at the University of Manitoba. Her focus is on laboratory-based surveillance for foodborne disease as well as on the design and implementation of genomics-based surveillance systems for practical public health applications.   Her work also focuses on global genomics capacity building and international surveillance.
